About the Role

We are seeking a
Senior Upwork Bidder
with
3+ years of proven experience
in writing
quality, personalized cover letters
that generate real responses. Your role is to
encourage clients to reply and engage
, then hand over the opportunity to our 
Closer,
 who will handle meetings and deal conversion.

This is a performance-driven role where you will be directly contributing to our monthly revenue growth.

Responsibility

  • Write
    10–15 tailored proposals daily
    on Upwork for Web Development, CMS (WordPress/Shopify/Webflow), UI/UX, and SEO services.
  • Secure
    qualified replies/inboxes
    and schedule client calls with the Closer.
  • Research each project thoroughly before bidding and clearly highlight 
    the value propositions
     in your cover letters.
  • Maintain a pipeline of leads, track responses, and collaborate closely with the Sales team.
  • Share weekly performance reports (proposals sent, replies received, meetings booked).

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years
    of Upwork bidding experience with a strong track record of replies.
  • Excellent
    English writing & communication skills
    (clear, persuasive, and professional).
  • Deep understanding of Upwork algorithms, filters, and proposal strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of digital agency services (Web, CMS, UI/UX, SEO).
  • Ability to work independently, hit KPIs, and maintain consistency.
