About the Role

We're looking for a
Go High Level (GHL) Automation Specialist
who can turn strategy into seamless automation and engaging user experiences. If you're passionate about funnels, workflows, and marketing automation and know GHL inside and out this role is your opportunity to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • GHL Account Setup & Management -
    Configure and optimize client and internal accounts.
  • Funnels & Pages
  • Build and refine landing pages, funnels, and microsites for maximum conversion.
  • Automation & CRM
  • Design pipelines, tagging systems, and smart workflows across email, SMS, and other touchpoints.
  • Campaign Management
  • Execute high-performing email and SMS campaigns aligned with strategic goals.
  • Integrations
  • Connect GHL with third-party apps (payment gateways, calendars, ad platforms, etc.) for smooth operations.
  • Performance Tracking
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze results, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Team Collaboration
  • Work with marketing, sales, and design teams to align workflows with strategy.
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Stay ahead of GHL updates and automation trends to drive innovation.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.
  • GHL certification
    or
    proven portfolio of GHL projects.
  • 1+ year hands-on GHL experience.
  • Strong grasp of digital marketing, funnels, and customer journey mapping.
  • Proficiency across GHL features (CRM, Automations, Funnels, Campaigns, Calendars, Reporting).
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Must have a marketing agency background.
