Business Support Experts (BSE) are responsible for dealing with clients on a regular basis. BSEs will be courteous, self-motivated, and talented individuals who take pride in being able to perform a variety of tasks. You will confer with customers in order to provide information about services and to get instructions on tasks needing to be performed. BSEs must have good command of the English language in speaking, reading, and writing.

Some of the BSEs responsibilities will include:

  • Keeping record of client interactions and transactions

  • Using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access) to create and maintain documents

  • Being capable to perform research on the web through the use of search engines, portals, newsgroups, social networks, and other mediums

  • Being able to communicate with others via phone, email, chat, and fax in a courteous and professional manner

  • Carrying out other administrative tasks as requested by management

In addition to the above, BSE will tend to specialize in a given area. Business Support Experts in Accounting must have the following skills:

  • Knowledge HTML and JavaScript

  • Be comfortable with various AJAX toolkits

  • Be able to use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to create graphics 

  • Knowledge of PHP and PHP tools

  • Experience with one or more of the following: osCommerce, Joomla, Drupal, or Wordpress
