We are looking for a skilled
Laravel Backend Developer
with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in backend development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining robust web applications using Laravel, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front end.

Key Responsibilities

●     Develop, test, and maintain backend applications using the Laravel framework.

●     Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, SMS/email providers).

●     Work with MySQL databases: write optimized queries, manage migrations, and maintain relationships and indexing.

●     Write clean, reusable, and well-structured PHP code following Laravel and industry best practices.

●     Collaborate with frontend developers to build and consume APIs for seamless user experiences.

●     Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment processes.

●     Document code, APIs, and development workflows for maintainability.

Requirements

●     Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

●     At least 1 year of hands-on experience with PHP and Laravel framework. In exceptional cases, a finished final year project will also be considered, given it conforms to professional coding standards.

●     Experience in building RESTful APIs

●     Experience of working with any RDBMS (like MySQL)

●     Proficiency with any version control system (like Git)

●       Basic knowledge of Linux, Apache/Nginx servers, and deployment workflows will be a plus.

A finished project in PHP (preferably using Laravel) with demonstrable knowledge of working code will be highly appreciated
