Dental Clinic Coordinator

The Clinic Coordinator & Digital Content Specialist is a senior-level, pivotal hybrid role responsible for ensuring seamless patient flow, maximizing appointment capacity, and executing the clinic's digital and print content strategy. This position requires an organized, detail-oriented professional with a strong clinical/operational background, exceptional command of US/British English, and proven aptitude in digital content creation, quality control, and marketing oversight.

The incumbent will directly assist the Clinic Manager, support 2-3 treating doctors, and function as the primary liaison between the clinic and its marketing agencies.

Key Responsibilities

I. Patient Acquisition & Clinic Operations (50-60% of Time)

• Expert Appointment Management: Expertly manage the master scheduling for 2-3 doctors, utilizing existing practice management software (preferably Dentrix, Open Dental, or Eaglesoft) to optimize the daily schedule, minimize gaps, and manage recall systems.
• High-Value Call Conversion: Serve as the primary contact for all incoming calls. Leverage superior communication skills and a professional U.S. or British English accent to handle inquiries, answer clinical questions, and effectively convert prospective calls into booked, committed appointments.
• Operational Flow: Ensure the efficient, day-to-day coordination of the patient journey, from initial call to follow-up, maintaining accurate patient records and strict compliance standards.

II. Digital Marketing & Content Management (40-50% of Time)

This role requires a critical-thinking and design-oriented individual who can both execute content and provide technical oversight.

• Content Creation & Niche Blogging:
• Independently write, edit, and publish high-quality, SEO-friendly blogs for the website and niche platforms, utilizing the incumbent's clinical (BDS) or expert operational knowledge to ensure factual accuracy and patient relevance.
• Proactively identify and draft Press Releases (PR) for local newspapers and relevant online platforms to announce new services, charity work, technology acquisitions, or major clinic milestones.
• Digital Monitoring & QC:
• Work directly with the external web agency to monitor website performance, ensuring it is always "up and running," mobile-friendly, and all conversion elements are functioning.
• Quality Check (QC) all digital marketing deliverables and advertisements (e.g., Google Ads, social media creatives) to ensure they strictly adhere to clinic requirements, brand standards, and legal compliance.
• Campaign Execution:
• Manage the timely creation and deployment of patient email campaigns and newsletters.
• Apply a practical designer's eye to create compelling ad copy and layout concepts for offline materials, such as postcard ads, flyers, and print media.
• Verify that all digital and print ad placements are aligned with specific clinic goals and target patient demographics.

Qualifications

• Required Experience & Expertise:
• Must possess a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree OR have equivalent, expert-level experience (3+ years) managing complex, high-volume dental clinic operations.
• Proven aptitude and experience in digital content management, blogging, or working directly with a marketing agency is a significant advantage.
• Critical Skills:
• Superior Communication: Articulate, professional, and clear verbal communication with an excellent command of the U.S. or British accent.
• Strategic & Organized: A highly organized self-starter with a critical-thinking mindset, capable of managing multiple projects (scheduling, blogging, marketing oversight) simultaneously.
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with patient management software; hands-on experience with Dentrix, Open Dental, or Eaglesoft is highly preferred.
• Design Sense: Ability to review and provide constructive feedback on ad creatives and content layout.

Pay: Rs125, Rs150,000.00 per month
