Job Description:

We're looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to help us boost our online presence and drive business growth. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns, improving our search engine optimization (SEO), and managing our social media presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Email Marketing:

  • Create and send targeted email campaigns to our subscribers

  • Develop and implement email marketing strategies to increase engagement and conversion rates

  • Analyze email metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve campaigns

  • SEO:

  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for better search engine rankings

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic

  • Monitor and analyze website analytics to track SEO performance

  • Social Media Marketing:

  • Manage and maintain our social media presence across multiple platforms

  • Create and schedule engaging content to increase followers and drive website traffic

  • Analyze social media metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve campaigns

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email marketing, SEO, and social media marketing

  • Proven track record of success in digital marketing, with measurable results

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, email marketing, and social media marketing

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting

  • Strong communication and project management skills

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or Constant Contact

  • Knowledge of SEO tools like Ahrefs or SEMrush

  • Experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Ads
