Role Purpose

The Social Media Executive will be responsible for executing Bagallery's social media strategy across multiple platforms. This role requires a balance of creativity and analytical skills to develop engaging content, enhance brand visibility, and contribute to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

·      Assist in the development and execution of the social media calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and brand objectives.

·      Create, schedule, and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging platforms.

·      Coordinate with the design and content teams to ensure creatives and messaging are consistent with brand guidelines.

·      Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve results.

·      Research and identify social media trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities for brand growth.

·      Plan and implement influencer collaborations and campaign amplification activities.

·      Assist in managing live sessions, product launches, and other promotional events on social media.

·      Ensure timely execution of deliverables while maintaining quality and brand standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related discipline.

–2 years of relevant professional experience in social media management, preferably within e-commerce, beauty, or lifestyle industries.

Solid understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools will be considered an advantage.

Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
