Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Executive to join our team at Dany Tameerat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence across all platforms, driving engagement, and aligning digital campaigns with our overall marketing strategy. This role requires strong knowledge of social media trends, content creation, and CRM tools such as HubSpot.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X, etc.).
  • Plan and schedule engaging content, including posts, stories, reels, and videos, that align with the brand's voice and objectives.
  • Monitor social media channels daily, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries to ensure active community engagement.
  • Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, impressions, conversions) and prepare regular reports to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create high-quality visuals, videos, and written content.
  • Run paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.), optimizing for maximum ROI.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to ensure strong brand positioning.
  • Manage HubSpot CRM for lead tracking, campaign automation, and reporting.
  • Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns for product launches, events, and promotional activities.
  • Build and maintain a consistent online brand identity across all platforms.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Executive, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms and their analytics tools.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM (or similar CRM platforms).
  • Strong creative, writing, and storytelling skills.
  • Familiarity with paid advertising tools such as Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
