Location: SITE, Phase 1, Off Super Highway, Karachi.

Salary: Rs80,000 - Rs100,000 per month
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager for our HR & Admin department. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting all human resources and administrative functions, ensuring smooth and efficient office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
- Maintain employee records and databases with high accuracy.
- Support payroll preparation and ensure timely processing.
- Help organize training and development sessions.
- Manage employee relations and address queries regarding HR policies.
- Oversee administrative duties such as office supplies, vendor management, and facility upkeep.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience as an HR & Admin generalist or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
