Job Title: Assistant Manager — Admin & HR

Location: Plant near Port Qasim Industrial Area, Karachi

Company: (A Karachi-based manufacturing company)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Assistant Manager — Admin & HR to join our manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will have extensive HR and administrative experience within a manufacturing environment, strong knowledge of labour laws, and proven capability in payroll and vendor/operations oversight.

Qualifications & Experience:

MBA (HR) or Graduate in a relevant discipline.

10–15 years of progressive experience in HR/Admin within a manufacturing company.

Minimum 5 years in a supervisory/assistant-manager role (Admin + HR).

Experience with ERP systems.

Strong understanding of labour laws and compliance.

Excellent command of payroll preparation and related processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage HR operations including hiring, attendance management, disciplinary matters and labour relations.

Supervise administrative functions such as housekeeping, canteen, transport and security.

Liaise with vendors and contractors and oversee vendor management.

Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing and statutory compliance.

Support management on HR policies, employee welfare and grievance resolution.
