We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Trainee Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in marketing while gaining hands-on experience in campaign coordination, event planning, and stakeholder management across North America.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the marketing team in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
• Assist in organizing and managing corporate events, including trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
• Coordinate logistics for events including booth booking, ticket procurement, promotional materials, and design approvals.
• Liaise with vendors, internal teams, and North American stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
• Learn and assist with the use of marketing automation tools such as Pardot and CRM platforms like Salesforce.
• Maintain and update campaign trackers, reports, and documentation.
• Assist in creating and proofreading marketing content and event communications.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• A proactive attitude with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors professionally.
• Basic familiarity with marketing tools like Salesforce and Pardot is a plus but not mandatory—training will be provided.
• Interest or experience in event planning, marketing coordination, or related areas is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (completed or in progress).
