Job Summary

BTCM Consulting, a US-based consulting firm, is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our onsite Karachi back office team for the night shift. This role is ideal for professionals with 3–4 years of experience in data analysis and ERP systems, who possess strong communication skills and are comfortable working with international teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights for business decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across various systems.
  • Collaborate with US-based teams to fulfill data reporting and analytical needs.
  • Work with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) to manage and analyze business data.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and outliers in operational and financial data.
  • Perform regular data audits and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of experience in a data analyst or similar role (Required).
  • Proficient in MS Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Strong experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (Required).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently during night shifts and meet tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80, Rs120,000.00 per month
