Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with proven expertise in construction project delivery, quality control, and project management systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid track record managing residential and commercial property projects, be highly skilled in MS Project/Excel (or MS DOS-based systems), and ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project management for residential and commercial construction projects.
  • Oversee quality control (QC) across all phases to ensure compliance with specifications, standards, and safety regulations.
  • Fluent in English
  • Plan, schedule, and monitor project timelines using project management software and reporting tools.
  • Manage contractor coordination, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure strict adherence to budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Conduct risk management and resolve project issues proactively.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Drive continuous improvement in construction and PM processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 7+ years of proven experience in construction project management.
  • Strong knowledge of QC protocols, construction regulations, and safety standards.
  • Expertise in MS Project, Excel, and related PM software (MS DOS familiarity is a plus for legacy systems).
  • Hands-on experience with residential and commercial developments.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, organisational, and time management abilities.
