Running our Thokmandee wholesale marketplace requires managing lots of product data and vendor information. Good data directly affects how happy our buyers and sellers are. We're looking for a Data Entry Specialist to help keep our website updated and accurate. This person will make sure our product information is correct and help provide quality service to everyone who uses our platform.

What you will be doing:

As our E-commerce Data Entry Assistant, you will:

⁠- Upload, update, and maintain product listings on our e-commerce platforms (WooCommerce, Shopify, Amazon, etc.).

  • Ensure product data (titles, descriptions, pricing, images, attributes, SKUs) is accurate and consistent.
  • ⁠Perform bulk data imports/exports via CSV, Excel, or platform-specific tools.
  • Conduct regular quality checks to correct errors, duplicates, or missing information.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to ensure product content is optimized for SEO.
  • Maintain organized records and follow deadlines for product launches and promotions.

For this, you should have:

  • Proven experience in e-commerce product data entry (WooCommerce, Shopify, Amazon, or other marketplaces).
  • Strong proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Excellent organizational skills and be detail-oriented.
  • Ability to follow guidelines and maintain accuracy under deadlines.
  • Familiarity with SEO practices and image editing tools.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and especially in a team.
