Job Description:

We're looking for a motivated Appointment Setter who can connect with local business owners in the USA and schedule appointments for our team.

Your main job is to reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn, email, or calls, introduce our digital services (web development, automation, and marketing solutions), and book qualified meetings for our sales team.

If you have experience in lead generation, cold outreach, or appointment setting, and you're confident talking to business owners — we'd love to hear from you

Responsibilities:

Reach out to USA-based businesses (construction, real estate, home services, medical, etc.)

Explain our digital solutions in a friendly, value-driven way

Schedule qualified appointments for our team

Maintain proper records of conversations and meetings

Work closely with our founder/sales manager for follow-ups

Requirements:

Fluent in English (spoken & written)

Prior experience in appointment setting or lead generation (preferred)

Strong communication and persuasion skills

Familiar with LinkedIn outreach, email, or CRM tools

Must be goal-oriented and self-motivated

Compensation:

Commission-based (40%) per closed deal
