Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Faisalabad for a Product Specialist. The Product Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining effective relationships with customers, providing product-related information and support, analyzing customer needs, driving sales, and identifying opportunities for market growth. The role involves delivering product presentations, collaborating with teams to achieve targets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and expertise in product specialization and sales strategies
  • Exceptional analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to provide superior customer service
  • Prior experience in sales or a related field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field (required)
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Faisalabad
