We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
Java Developer
to design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java programming, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for building efficient back-end systems, integrating APIs, and ensuring application reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications and frameworks.
  • Write clean, efficient, and reusable code that follows industry best practices.
  • Develop APIs, services, and integrations with third-party systems.
  • Implement security and data protection measures in applications.

System Design & Architecture

  • Participate in requirement gathering, analysis, and system design discussions.
  • Assist in defining application architecture and technical specifications.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

Collaboration & Agile Practices

  • Work closely with product managers, front-end developers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Provide technical guidance and collaborate on code reviews.

Testing & Debugging

  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to ensure application quality.
  • Identify and resolve software defects and production issues.
  • Maintain and enhance automated testing frameworks for Java applications.

Continuous Improvement

  • Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.
  • Suggest improvements for development processes, tools, and coding standards.
  • Document technical solutions and maintain project documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Java Developer (2+ years for mid-level, 5+ years for senior roles).
  • Strong proficiency in
    Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA, and RESTful APIs
    .
  • Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and query optimization.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular/React) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
