Responsibilities

We are looking to hire a Coordinator, who will work with the Community team in the following areas:

  1. Facilitate, coordinate, organize and conduct field visits with relevant stakeholders for the implementation of the programs.
  2. Support in hiring and training of other trainees.

  3. Delivery of interventions as a trainer in various communities, including but not limited to:

  4. Schools

  5. Community hubs and centers

  6. Hospitals and clinics

  7. Support role in preliminary assessment and feedback from communities in different programs.

  8. Setting up and overseeing processes for the monitoring and evaluation of the different programs.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  1. MS / MPhil in Clinical Psychology / Sociology / Social Work / Public Health with at least 1-2 years of experience in community settings.
  2. Background in mental health related to community, social work, psychology or public health.
  3. Experience in delivering health behavior change communication workshops.
  4. Experience and knowledge about mental health in children/youth/adolescents.
  5. Candidates must demonstrate strong management skills and exceptional communication skills.

Other Information

  1. This is a full time position based in Karachi.
  2. Fluency in multiple languages would be a plus point
  3. The position requires travel within Karachi and across Pakistan.
  4. Monday to Friday 10am-6pm ( 4 days work form office 1 day WFH)
