About Us

Web3 Pakistan is building the country's largest and most impactful blockchain and Web3 community. Our mission is to empower students, developers, entrepreneurs, and institutions in Pakistan to engage with Web3 technologies, create projects, and connect with global blockchain ecosystems. We have been actively working since 2021 and are now scaling rapidly through events, hackathons, workshops, partnerships, and policy dialogues.

We are looking for a
Community Manager

who can drive our community-building efforts, strengthen engagement, and be the face of Web3 Pakistan across campuses, local tech circles, and events.

Key ResponsibilitiesCommunity Building & Engagement

  • Manage and grow WhatsApp, Telegram, and other community channels.
  • Develop strategies to keep members active and engaged (daily updates, discussions, AMAs, contests, giveaways).
  • Onboard and manage
    ambassadors, volunteers, and student leads

across major cities.
- Track community activity and create monthly growth reports.

Events & Programs

  • Organize and support
    meetups, workshops, hackathons, and roundtables

in Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, and beyond.
- Coordinate with universities, incubators, and local tech communities for collaborations.
- Support the planning and execution of
Twitter Spaces and online workshops

Partnerships & Outreach

  • Assist in identifying and managing partnerships with
    universities, software houses, and Web3 startups

.
- Build relationships with influencers, developers, and professionals in the blockchain ecosystem.
- Represent Web3 Pakistan at local tech events, conferences, and networking sessions.

Administration & Data Management

  • Maintain a
    centralized database

of ambassadors, volunteers, partners, and members.
- Assist in documenting MoUs, event reports, and community impact metrics.
- Ensure smooth coordination between different city-based teams.

Requirements

  • Strong passion for blockchain, Web3, and community development in Pakistan.
  • 1–3 years of experience in
    community management, student leadership, or tech/startup ecosystem roles

- Excellent communication skills in
English and Urdu

.
- Active on
social media platforms

(Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok).
- Ability to organize and manage events (both physical and online).
- Comfortable working in a
fast-paced, startup-style environment

with limited resources.
- Strong networking skills, ability to engage students, professionals, and institutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in
    student societies, incubation centers, or developer communities

- Knowledge of blockchain/Web3 concepts (training will be provided if not advanced).
- Familiarity with WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, and community engagement tools.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask across multiple projects.
