We're looking for a motivated Customer Sales Representative – Appointment Setter (NIGHT SHIFT) to be the first point of contact for prospective clients and help us expand our customer base.

Role Overview:

The Customer Sales Representative – Appointment Setter is responsible for reaching out to new prospects through outbound cold calls, generating interest in our services, and scheduling qualified meetings for our sales team. This role is key to building our pipeline and ensuring that potential customers have a positive first interaction with our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to potential customers (B2B).
  • Present our services confidently and create interest in our offerings.
  • Qualify prospects and schedule sales appointments for the business development team.
  • Record and maintain detailed notes in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on warm leads and re-engage past prospects when needed.
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily/weekly call and appointment targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or customer sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Persuasive, confident, and able to handle objections professionally.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and resilient.
  • Experience with CRM systems and calendar/scheduling tools preferred.
