We are looking for a technically skilled and highly motivated Assistant Project Manager who brings a background in software development and is now looking to transition into a project management role. This position is ideal for individuals with 3–5 years of experience in development who are eager to take on coordination, planning, and delivery responsibilities within a structured, Agile-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and support Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Assist in managing project workflows, timelines, and deliverables using Bitrix or similar project management tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, BAs) to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively address risks/issues, and maintain clear communication through status updates and reports.
  • Work with stakeholders to define project scope, expectations, and resource allocation.
  • Utilize your technical experience to contribute to planning, effort estimation, and risk assessments.
  • Continuously develop and apply project management best practices as you transition from a technical to a leadership role.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in software development (as full-stack
    engineer
    or backend engineer)
  • Strong interest in transitioning into project/delivery management.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC, and project lifecycle principles.
  • Familiarity with project tracking tools such as Bitrix, JIRA, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
