Overview

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive to join our team. Your main responsibility will be to bid on relevant projects, generate leads, and bring in clients through Upwork and other freelancing platforms. This is a commission-based position — you will earn a percentage on each successful project you bring in.

Responsibilities
  • Search and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and other platforms.
  • Write customized proposals that stand out and increase chances of winning projects.
  • Communicate with potential clients, understand their requirements, and convert leads into projects.
  • Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth project execution after closing deals.
  • Maintain records of bids, proposals, and client interactions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder, Business Development Executive, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Upwork and other freelance bidding platforms.
  • Excellent written English skills (proposal writing is key).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Compensation

This is a commission-based role. You will earn a percentage (%) of each project's value that you successfully bring in. The more projects you close, the higher your income potential.
