Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven E-Commerce Manager to oversee and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our website, product listings, digital marketing efforts, and customer experience to maximize sales and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize the online store (Shopify, Laam, etc)
  • Oversee product listings, pricing, descriptions, and inventory updates over multiple platforms
  • Analyze website performance and conversion rates using tools like Google Analytics
  • Coordinate with the marketing team on promotions, email campaigns, and paid ads
  • Manage order processing, logistics coordination, and customer service flow
  • Collaborate with design and content teams for digital assets and seasonal campaigns

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 2–4 years of e-commerce or digital marketing experience
  • Proficiency in Shopify, Google, Meta and email marketing tools
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels, CRO, and customer journeys
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for growth and experimentation
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills

Preferred:

  • Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or retail e-commerce
  • Basic understanding of Photoshop/Canva for quick content edits
  • Knowledge of local and international shipping and payment systems
