About the Role:

Fortune IT Park is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to support our USA-based healthcare client,
FMRC Clinics
.

The selected candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls to manage patient appointments, medication refills, rescheduling, and cancellations.

We're looking for a 
smart, tech-savvy Appointment Setter
 who can handle patient calls, manage schedules, and ensure smooth clinic operations from Lahore.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage 
    inbound and outbound calls
     with patients.
  • Book, reschedule, and cancel appointments
     as requested.
  • Handle 
    medication refill requests
     efficiently.
  • Update patient information and coordinate with the US clinic team.
  • Ensure professional communication and maintain confidentiality.

You're the Ideal Fit If You Have:

  • Excellent 
    English (spoken & written)
     skills.
  • Good 
    technical knowledge
     and ability to use CRM or EMR tools.
  • A proactive and patient-friendly attitude.
  • Previous call center or appointment-setting experience (preferred).
