  • Make 200+ outbound cold calls daily to U.S. healthcare providers and clinic decision-makers.
  • Follow the approved sales call script and objection-handling guide.
  • Book qualified appointments for our product specialists through Google Meet / Zoom.
  • Log all activities in Odoo CRM or similar tools; update lead statuses accurately.
  • Leave professional voicemails and send email or WhatsApp follow-ups for unanswered calls.
  • Confirm all scheduled meetings and ensure high show-up and conversion rates.
  • Maintain disciplined communication and follow company SOPs & reporting standards.

  • Prior appointment-setting / cold-calling experience (healthcare, insurance, or B2B preferred).
  • Excellent spoken English, clear accent, and confident tone.
  • Target-oriented, persuasive, and consistent under pressure.
  • Familiar with CRM systems (Odoo, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and call-tracking tools.
  • Must be available to work U.S. EST / CST night shifts.
