We're expanding our outreach and looking for experienced, results-driven Sales Representatives to join our team.
Summary:
As a Sales Representative for our USA Truck Dispatching Campaign, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, convert prospects into clients, and grow our customer base of owner-operators and small trucking companies. You will play a key role in communicating our value proposition, building relationships, and closing deals in a competitive and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients (owner-operators, fleet owners) through cold calls, emails, social media, and industry referrals.
- Handle objections, negotiate pricing, and close sales effectively.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and manage a CRM database.
- Collaborate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, in, transportation, and truck dispatching.
- Strong understanding of the U.S. trucking industry, including common pain points for drivers and fleet owners.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Must be fluent in
English (required)
