We are a fast-growing dispatching service provider specializing in the U.S. trucking industry. Our mission is to optimize operations for independent truckers and small fleet owners by offering reliable dispatching, load negotiation, and route planning services. We're expanding our outreach and looking for experienced, results-driven Sales Representatives to join our team.

Summary:

As a Sales Representative for our USA Truck Dispatching Campaign, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, convert prospects into clients, and grow our customer base of owner-operators and small trucking companies. You will play a key role in communicating our value proposition, building relationships, and closing deals in a competitive and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients (owner-operators, fleet owners) through cold calls, emails, social media, and industry referrals.
  • Handle objections, negotiate pricing, and close sales effectively.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and manage a CRM database.
  • Collaborate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, in, transportation, and truck dispatching.
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. trucking industry, including common pain points for drivers and fleet owners.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Must be fluent in
