We are currently searching for a skilled and seasoned Truck Dispatch Executive to join our dynamic team. We are looking for individuals with exceptional communication abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Position: Truck Dispatch Executive
Responsibilities: Efficiently schedule freight pickups and deliveries for our clients (Truckers). Provide accurate shipping details to our esteemed customers. Maintain comprehensive records of calls, routes, pickups, and deliveries. Manage invoices and other shipment-related paperwork. Resolve customer complaints and inquiries. Ensure compliance with transportation rules and regulations. Negotiate rates and delivery timelines.
Required Skills: Minimum of 2 years of prior dispatch experience in the US Trucking Industry. Excellent proficiency in English communication. Willingness to work night shifts. Ideally, the candidate should reside in Lahore or have easy access to commute.
