You will

  • Lead the end-to-end development of AI products and enterprise AI agents, from ideation to deployment.
  • Architect solutions for chatbots, virtual assistants, and customer service AI agents using modern frameworks.
  • Design conversational flows, NLP pipelines, and integrations with enterprise systems (e.g., CRMs, ERPs).
  • Select and integrate LLMs (Large Language Models) and fine-tune them for enterprise use cases.
  • Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to deliver robust AI solutions.
  • Ensure scalability, security, and performance of deployed AI systems.
  • Mentor junior engineers and enforce best practices in coding, model deployment, and versioning.
  • Stay updated with emerging AI tools, frameworks, and trends to guide technical decisions.
  • Travel outside the country when needed for client on-prem dev and deployment.

You have

  • 3+ years in software engineering with 1+ years building AI products.
  • Experience with Python and AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, Rasa, or OpenAI APIs.
  • Proficiency in NLP techniques, LLM fine-tuning, and conversational AI design.
  • Knowledge of cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong understanding of API integrations, microservices, and enterprise security considerations.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering AI chatbots, virtual assistants, or AI agents for real-world use.
  • Leadership experience in mentoring teams and guiding AI solution architecture.

Exceptional candidates will have

  • Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS) for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
  • Exposure to MLOps pipelines (model versioning, monitoring, CI/CD for AI).
  • Familiarity with multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
