RTW Creation, a premium handbags brand, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns to elevate our brand presence, drive growth, and strengthen customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, consumer preferences, and competitor insights.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to design promotional materials, social media content, and product launch campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools and prepare detailed reports.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, influencers, and advertising agencies.
  • Support retail and e-commerce teams in achieving monthly sales targets through targeted promotions.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in the fashion or retail sector.
  • Excellent English comprehension and communication skills (verbal and written) are a must.
  • Strong understanding of strategic marketing principles and hands-on experience in campaign planning and execution.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, etc., is a plus.
