Position Overview:

We are seeking a Marketing Executive who will play a key role in driving Fresh Basket's growth through effective banking partnership management, digital performance marketing, and social media strategy execution.

This role requires a dynamic, analytical, and relationship-driven individual who can manage both corporate collaborations and data-driven marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

1. Banking & Partnership Management

  • Identify, initiate, and manage discount and cashback partnerships with banks and financial institutions.

  • Coordinate with bank marketing teams to execute joint campaigns, track redemptions, and ensure timely reporting.

  • Oversee contracting, invoicing, and post-campaign reconciliation with partners.

  • Maintain strong relationships to explore new partnership opportunities (e.g., credit card offers, co-branded promotions).

2. E-commerce Performance & Analytics

  • Monitor online sales performance across Fresh Basket's e-commerce platforms.

  • Analyze data related to conversion rates, cart abandonment, ROI, and customer acquisition cost (CAC).

  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize product listings, promotions, and user experience based on analytics insights.

  • Create and present weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.

3. Digital & Social Media Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and monitor Facebook Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), and other paid campaigns.

  • Manage Fresh Basket's social media presence — content coordination, engagement tracking, and performance reporting.

  • Work with creative teams to ensure brand consistency across visuals and messaging.

  • Keep up to date with digital trends to enhance reach and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements


•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in retail, FMCG, or e-commerce.

  • Proven experience managing bank or corporate partnerships for promotions or co-branded campaigns.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics).

  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.

  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
