Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and well-connected PR & Media Manager to lead our public relations and media engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in media relations, brand communications, and campaign management, with previous experience in reputable PR agencies or corporate communication roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance brand visibility.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with print, electronic, and digital media.
  • Prepare press releases, media kits, and public statements.
  • Coordinate with media houses, journalists, and influencers for coverage.
  • Manage press conferences, events, and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Monitor media coverage and prepare performance reports.

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, or Marketing (or a related field).

Experience:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in PR, media handling, or communication roles.
  • Prior experience with established PR agencies or media organizations will be an advantage.
  • Strong media network and understanding of the local and national media landscape.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong writing and content creation ability.
  • Strategic thinker with event and crisis management experience.
  • Proficiency in social media PR tools and platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80, Rs100,000.00 per month
