SEO & Content Coordinator (m/f/d) – 100% Remote

Your Mission:

As part of our growth strategy, EU Tech is focused on enhancing its brand and improving its overall digital presence. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced SEO & Content Coordinator to help us optimize and elevate our website's performance and social media presence. Your mission is to combine SEO expertise with content strategy to boost our search engine rankings, manage social media accounts, and ensure that our digital content is aligned with our brand goals.

Your Daily Tasks:

• SEO Strategy & Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to improve the company's search engine ranking and overall visibility.
• Content Coordination & Strategy: Work closely with the marketing team to create optimized content for the website, ensuring SEO best practices are followed across all digital content.
• Social Media Management: Manage and optimize the company's social media accounts (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.), developing strategies that drive engagement and reach.
• Content Creation & Optimization: Work on creating engaging content for social media and website pages that align with SEO goals.
• Analytics & Reporting: Use analytical tools to monitor and assess the performance of digital marketing campaigns. Track key metrics such as ROI, KPIs, and user engagement.
• Performance Monitoring: Evaluate and report on the company's social media presence using insights from tools like Google Analytics or similar.
• Campaign Optimization: Suggest adjustments to current strategies based on data-driven insights to improve social media marketing and SEO performance.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure content is optimized for both SEO and user engagement.

What We Are Looking For:

• Education: Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Languages: 4+ years of experience in managing SEO and social media campaigns, with a focus on optimizing web content and digital marketing efforts.
• Skills: Strong understanding of SEO tools (Google Analytics) and social media analytics platforms.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to track, measure, and analyze digital performance using key metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Content Focus: Knowledge of content creation, content strategy, and social media best practices.
• Self-Starter: A proactive, independent, and structured approach to problem-solving and strategy development.
• Passion for Growth: A deep understanding of SEO and a passion for digital marketing that aligns with a fast-growing, international organization.
