Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective strategies for lead generation and brand awareness.
- Utilise Salesforce or other CRM software to track sales activities, manage client information, and generate reports.
- Prepare presentations and proposals for prospective clients, showcasing our products and services.
- Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and expand professional networks.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business development strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a business development or sales role, preferably within a related industry.
- Identify and approach potential clients for Ethisol's digital marketing services.
- Confidently present Ethisol's services and value proposition.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is essential for managing client relationships effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market opportunities and develop strategic plans.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results.
- A degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
