The Role:

We are seeking a Digital Producer to oversee, manage, and execute digital projects from concept to delivery. The ideal candidate will coordinate between creative, marketing, and technical teams to ensure timely, high-quality production of digital campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and oversee digital projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with creative, content, development, and marketing teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop project timelines, allocate resources, and track progress against deadlines.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Monitor project budgets and report on performance metrics.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams regarding project updates.
  • Stay updated with digital trends and tools to enhance project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in digital project management or production.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, content production, and creative workflows.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Jira).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
