We are seeking a proactive and results-driven
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to identify, engage, and qualify potential clients for our business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting new leads, managing outreach campaigns, and setting up meetings for the sales team. This role requires strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to build relationships with prospects across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and research potential clients through platforms like
LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, Apollo
, and other lead generation tools. - Execute targeted outreach campaigns to generate interest and establish initial contact with decision-makers.
- Build and maintain a
healthy sales pipeline
of qualified leads aligned with company objectives. - Manage cold outreach via
LinkedIn, email, and calls
to book product demos or introductory meetings.
Client Engagement & Communication
- Engage prospects through personalized and professional communication to build interest in the company's offerings.
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand client pain points and qualify opportunities.
- Schedule demos and coordinate with the sales or business development team for follow-up meetings.
- Maintain consistent and effective follow-up to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
Sales Coordination & CRM Management
- Update and maintain all lead and prospect information in the
CRM system
(e.g., Odoo, HubSpot, or Salesforce). - Track lead progress, conversions, and communication logs for transparency and reporting.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to align outreach strategies and share insights from market interactions.
- Monitor and report on KPIs such as
conversion rates, outreach effectiveness, and demo bookings
.
Market Research & Strategy
- Conduct
industry and competitor research
to identify market trends and new opportunities. - Assist in refining ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and outreach strategies based on performance data.
- Provide feedback from potential clients to enhance marketing materials, messaging, and offerings.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
. - 1–2 years of experience as an
SDR, Business Development Representative (BDR), or in lead generation
(fresh graduates with excellent communication skills may apply). - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with
CRM tools
(Odoo, HubSpot, Salesforce) and lead generation platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.). - Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and business growth.
