RoleOverview:

• Wearelookingfor atechnical Project manager with the ability to manage and oversee several complex IT projects.
• Yourprimaryresponsibility is the efficient workflow of all software development teams to ensure regular software delivery.
• Ensuring anefficient workflow includes regular work schedule adjustments, process improvement methods, and Agile project management. That said, you need to be familiar with agile tools, including JIRA.
• Youalsoneedaworkingknowledgeofagile practices and how they work.
• Theidealcandidate is someone whoworks well with Scrum Master, various software engineering teams, and relevant product teams.
• Meanwhile, weexpect the technical project manager to provide relevant suggestions and solutions to problems within the product development cycle.
• You're anideal candidate if you have a knack for identifying problems and inefficiencies and fixing them.

Qualifications:

• B.E/Btech/M.E/MTech/M.S/MCAgraduate(preferably from a reputed college or University)
• Setteamworkschedules for all teams under your supervision and delegate and prioritize tasks to improve process efficiency.
• Improveproductdelivery times by introducing relevant business solutions for better implementation and integration.
• Train, mentor, and guide team members andfoster teamwork.
• Developasystemforregular performance metrics checks and then report your findings to upper management and other stakeholders.
• Ensureevery teamis following agile practices.
• Workwithsoftware architects, software engineers, technical consultants, and other technical staff to come up with solutions for clients.
• Collaborate with relevant consultants in each project to ensure product development follows organizational requirements and goals.
• Maintain arecord of all customer escalations regarding technical issues.
• Communicatetheseissues to relevant project teams, follow through until there's a solution, and report the customer resolution.
• Collaborate with other relevant departments, including the product, sales, and support departments.
• Youmustensurepositive customer engagement across the board.
• Developasystemtoplan, track, and document every single program you manage.
• Provideregular feedback to core teams, including the product team, engineering team, and development team.
• Ensurethat all projects are following their budgets and delivery times.
• Makeahabitoftracking project milestones and dependencies.
• Include these things in your regular reports.

Responsibilities:

• Atleast5+years of experience in project management with IT projects is crucial.
• Workingknowledgeof Agile practices is a requirement.
• APMPorScrumMastercertification is a plus.
• Excellent project management and communication skills are crucial.
• Youneedexcellent leadership skills, along with a knack for problem-solving.
• Anability to manageproject timelines, prioritize tasks, and align teams based on those tasks is crucial. It's preferable if you are proficient with programming languages and somecoding. Weprefer that you have working knowledge with either .Net/Java background.
• It's crucial to have the ability to solve problems and technical issues as they present themselves.
• Strategic thinking is key in ensuring the efficient management of several complex projects.
