Role Description
Hiring for The candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in real estate; vertical sales experience is a plus. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Islamabad for a Business Development Manager at The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing and implementing effective business strategies, and preparing proposals and presentations. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals.

Qualifications
- Real estate experience (Vertical Sales is a plus)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Expertise in market research, data analysis, and problem-solving
- Experience in developing and executing strategic business development plans
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Proven track record in sales, marketing, or related fields
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
