Key Responsibilities

  • Educate potential customers on the benefits of solar energy, such as cost savings and environmental impact.
  • Make outbound calls to generate leads and book appointments for solar consultations.
  • Explain products, services, and any available promotions or financing options.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team or in-person consultations.
  • Maintain and update a database of leads and customer information.
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide follow-up calls.
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas and targets.
