We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented QA Intern to join our Quality Assurance team. As a QA Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in software testing, learn how to identify bugs, ensure product quality, and collaborate with developers to improve our applications. This role is ideal for someone eager to start their career in QA and software testing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in executing manual test cases for web and mobile applications.
  • Help identify, document, and track bugs using issue-tracking tools (e.g., Slack).
  • Perform Black Box Testing testing under the guidance of senior QA engineers.
  • Collaborate with developers and QA team members to reproduce and resolve issues.
  • Support in preparing test documentation including test plans, test cases, and bug reports.
  • Learn and apply QA best practices to ensure product reliability and performance.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • Basic understanding of software development and testing concepts.
  • Familiarity with web and mobile applications.
  • Participate in all phases of the STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle) – from requirement analysis to test closure.
  • Basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills and eagerness to learn.
  • Knowledge of QA tools, automation frameworks, or scripting (a plus but not required).
