We are seeking a skilled 
NetSuite Functional Consultants

to join our implementation team. The selected candidate will work as a 
Project Manager or Support Manager

depending on project requirements. This role involves working directly with clients, gathering requirements, configuring NetSuite, and ensuring smooth delivery of implementations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and lead tasks within 
    NetSuite implementation projects
     under the guidance of a Principal Functional Consultant.
  • Assist the project manager in planning, tracking, and coordinating project activities.
  • Conduct workshops, gather business requirements, and translate them into NetSuite configurations.
  • Configure NetSuite modules including Financials, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Inventory, Fixed Assets, etc.
  • Prepare functional documentation including BRDs, workflows, test scripts, and user training material.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, workflows, and integrations.
  • Perform system testing and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Provide post-go-live support and day-to-day issue resolution.
  • Support multiple projects by managing priorities and communicating progress with stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience
     as a NetSuite Functional Consultant.
  • Proven experience with 
    2-3 full-cycle NetSuite implementations
    .
  • Strong accounting knowledge; 
    ACCA qualification (affiliate or member) preferred
    .
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP modules and business process flows.
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage tasks, deadlines, and client expectations effectively.

Preferred Qualifications (Plus Points)

  • NetSuite certifications (ERP consultant, administrator, financial user, etc.).
  • Experience in project coordination or supporting project managers.
  • Exposure to real estate, services, or trading industries.
