NetSuite ERP consulting, IT system administration, staff augmentation, and bookkeeping services.

We are expanding our finance delivery team in Lahore and are looking for a
Junior Bookkeeper
with strong accounting fundamentals, excellent communication skills, and exposure to
cloud-based platforms like Xero and NetSuite.

Role Overview

This is an excellent opportunity for a
graduate with 1–2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
to accelerate their career. You will work directly with international clients, supporting their day-to-day bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily bookkeeping tasks including AP (Accounts Payable), AR (Accounts Receivable), and bank reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers in
    Xero and/or NetSuite
    .
  • Assist with month-end close, journals, and financial reporting.
  • Support payroll, invoicing, and expense management processes.
  • Communicate with clients via email and calls to clarify queries and ensure accuracy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver quality and timely outputs.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 1–2 years' experience
    in bookkeeping, accounting or audit.
  • Proficiency in
    Xero
    (experience in
    NetSuite
    is a strong plus).
  • Excellent written and verbal
    communication skills
    .
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Graduates from
    LUMS or LSC (Lahore School of Economics)
    are highly encouraged to apply.
