Job Description

1、Assist in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of HR software solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
2、Provide day-to-day support to end-users, addressing system issues and conducting training sessions to enhance system adoption.
3、Collaborate with HR departments to identify process improvements and recommend system enhancements to optimize workflows.
4、Conduct regular system audits and updates to ensure data accuracy and compliance with data privacy regulations.
5、Participate in the evaluation and selection of new HR technology tools, contributing to the decision-making process.

Position Requirement

1、Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
2、1 year of experience in an HR Systems role, with a focus on system administration and support.
3、Familiarity with popular HRIS systems, such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.
4、Strong analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
5、Effective communicator, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
6、Adaptable to change and able to learn new systems quickly in a fast-paced environment.
