Digital Marketing Business Partner 
 
The Digital Marketing Business Partner will manage our digital marketing and design team in Karachi responsible for managing the team, overseeing digital strategy execution, and coordinating with the corporate digital team.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead the Karachi Digital Marketing and Design team in digital strategy execution and implementation.
  • Monitor and evaluate social media campaigns, evaluate digital performance on social media platforms including but not limited to, Facebook, Google and Twitter. 
  • Manage multiple projects to ensure timely execution on all campaigns. 
  • Taking responsibility and being accountable for aligning our work with the key organizational strategic purpose and vision, focusing on core areas of marketing planning 
  • Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and communication.
  • Liaise with the Digital team at Corporate and manage day-to-day activities within the digital team in Karachi, undertaking certain administrative tasks as required.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies
  • Identify individual and team learning and development needs and plan to meet these in collaboration with HR and Training departments.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication systems within the team, promote and support effective teamwork and create a positive work culture. 
  • Manage and support team in line with DM policies and procedures including supervision, absence management, disciplinary, etc. 
  • Work closely with other teams within marketing to brainstorm and create new strategies and campaign ideas. 
  • Other duties as assigned by management


KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree, required with Marketing or a related field preferred.
  • Master's in business administration required 
Experience:
  • 3+ years of progressive digital marketing or experience in an equivalent field, preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in managing teams
Credentials:
  • Certifications: Facebooks Ads/ Google Ads, preferred
  • PMP Certification, preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Project management
  • Ability to work flexible schedule
  • Exceptional combination of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
  • Strong technical and practical marketing skills
  • Ability to multi-task multiple projects
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
