Digital Marketing Expert

Mega Marketing Network is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Expert to lead, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of performance marketing, analytics, and creative strategy to drive engagement, traffic, leads, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok and other major platforms.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to maximize visibility, reach, and conversions.
  • Oversee media buying, including ad placement, budget allocation, and performance tracking.
  • Continuously refine campaigns using data-driven insights to improve ROI.
  • Design and manage email marketing campaigns, landing pages, and funnel workflows.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance; generate detailed reports and actionable insights.
  • Utilize CRM systems and automation tools to streamline marketing processes and enhance customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand identity and goals.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends, emerging tools, and best practices in performance advertising.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong expertise in PPC, SEO, funnels, and retargeting strategies.
  • Proficient with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • Experience with A/B testing, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and audience segmentation.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
