Position: Immigration Advisor

Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Salary:(70k to 90k)

Role Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Immigration Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide expert advice and support to clients on visa categories, eligibility requirements, and immigration pathways. This role requires strong communication, sales, and advisory skills to guide clients through the entire immigration process while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional consultation to clients regarding immigration and visa options.
  • Assess client profiles to determine eligibility for different immigration programs.
  • Prepare and review documents required for visa and immigration applications.
  • Stay updated with changes in immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist clients in completing and submitting visa applications accurately and on time.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide continuous support throughout the process.
  • Achieve performance targets related to client acquisition and case success rates.
  • Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and immigration authorities as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, International Relations, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Immigration Advisor / Consultant or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of immigration laws, visa processes, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages will be a plus).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
