Role Description – Study Abroad Advisor (Full-Time, On-Site – Karachi Division)

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable
Study Abroad Advisor
to join our growing team at Emigrants.

The ideal candidate will guide students through the complete process of
studying abroad
, including
university selection, admission applications, scholarship guidance, and visa documentation
for destinations such as
Italy, Germany, the UK, and the USA
.

You will play a key role in understanding student needs, providing tailored educational advice, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end process from inquiry to visa success.

Responsibilities:

  • Counsel students on suitable study destinations, programs, and universities (Italy, Germany, UK, USA).
  • Guide students through
    application preparation, documentation, and visa requirements
    .
  • Stay updated with admission deadlines, scholarship opportunities, and embassy regulations.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to students and parents.
  • Handle inquiries via calls, emails, and WhatsApp, ensuring a professional experience.
  • Achieve monthly conversion and enrollment targets.
  • Maintain student records and follow up throughout the process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
    in
    Education, International Relations, or a related field
    .
  • Experience in
    Educational Consulting or Study Abroad Services
    .
  • Strong
    communication and interpersonal
    skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of
    visa processes and international education systems
    .
  • Excellent
    problem-solving and decision-making
    abilities.
  • Proficiency in
    Microsoft Office Suite
    and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
