About the Role

MARG101 is looking for a
detail-oriented, creative, and multitasking Email Marketing Specialist
to join our marketing team.

The ideal candidate will manage and optimize email campaigns — from planning to execution — while also supporting the team through
data collection and research from Google and online sources
. This role combines creativity, analytical thinking, and strong organizational skills to deliver measurable marketing results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, design, and execute
    email marketing campaigns
    to promote products and services.
  • Build and maintain segmented mailing lists using verified customer and lead data.
  • Conduct
    data research and collection from Google and industry directories
    to build contact databases.
  • Create engaging email templates with clear CTAs (Call-to-Action).
  • Track and analyze campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions).
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve engagement and deliverability.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Maintain compliance with email marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
  • Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.
  • Handle
    multiple marketing tasks efficiently
    in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in
    email marketing, digital marketing, or online data research
    .
  • Proficiency in email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of HTML email formatting and automation workflows.
  • Excellent written communication and analytical skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong
    multitasking/time-management abilities
    .

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CRM systems and lead nurturing.
  • Understanding of SEO and content marketing integration.
  • Familiarity with industrial or B2B sectors (a plus).

Compensation & Benefits

    PKR 70,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
