Our rapidly expanding US-based transportation firm is seeking driven Sales Development Representatives to join our growing team. Over the past year, we have launched two new divisions and opened two satellite offices, and now we're looking for skilled professionals who can contribute to the next phase of our growth journey.
What We're Looking For
The right candidate will be someone with strong communication skills, the ability to generate qualified leads, and a passion for building lasting client relationships. You must also be equipped to work remotely with a reliable internet connection, backup power, and a dual-monitor setup to ensure productivity even during outages.
Key Responsibilities
i. Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
ii. Research potential clients and design targeted communication strategies.
iii. Schedule introductory calls and product discussions with decision makers.
iv. Collaborate with senior sales staff and Member Success Managers to support revenue goals.
v. Work closely with marketing and operations teams to identify client needs and deliver value-based solutions.
vi. Maintain timely and professional responses to client inquiries.
Requirements
a. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in lead generation, business development, or inside sales.
b. Strong background in outbound prospecting, cold calling, or tele sales.
c. Hands-on experience with CRMs and proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
d. Quick learner with adaptability to new platforms and digital tools.
e. High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to handle objections effectively.
f. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present value propositions confidently.
