We are seeking a highly creative and experienced
UX Architect
. This role will be responsible for leading user experience strategy, creating intuitive design solutions, and ensuring seamless interactions across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user-centered design, be skilled in building user personas, and have expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.
Experience in the apparel retail industry is highly preferred
, as this role will focus on designing experiences that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction within an eCommerce retail environment.

Requirements

  • Develop UX strategies that align with business objectives and user needs.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather insights through analytics, interviews, and surveys to inform design decisions.
  • Create and maintain personas, user journeys, and experience maps.
  • Develop and maintain a structured, logical, and scalable information architecture.
  • Organize content and functionality into intuitive navigation structures, ensuring clear and efficient interaction pathways.
  • Design wireframes, storyboards, prototypes, and mockups to represent user flows and interactions.
  • Create responsive, mobile-first design solutions that are adaptable across various devices.
  • Collaborate with product teams to design and deliver intuitive interfaces.
  • Develop high-fidelity prototypes using tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision to communicate design concepts.
  • Ensure consistency of design elements with brand guidelines and modern UI/UX principles.
  • Present and justify design decisions and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collect feedback from users and iterate on designs to ensure optimal functionality and satisfaction.

Specifications

  • Bachelor's degree in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in UX architecture or UX design roles.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS; ability to collaborate with front-end developers.
  • Solid understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles.
  • Experience in conducting and interpreting user research and usability testing.
  • Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar) to assess UX performance.
  • Portfolio showcasing UX/UI design projects and detailing your design process and outcomes.
  • Experience with motion design and animations.
  • Ability to mentor junior designers or lead design teams.
