Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and creative
Digital Marketing Lead
to plan, execute, and manage our company's online marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should be well-educated, possess excellent English communication skills, and be comfortable traveling outside Karachi to cover company events when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, etc.)
  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns to achieve desired reach and engagement.
  • Coordinate with the design and content teams for digital campaigns and creatives.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and key metrics.
  • Create engaging content to enhance brand awareness and online presence.
  • Travel outside Karachi (if needed) to cover or manage company events.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital trends and tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Media, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles.
  • Strong command of English (written and verbal).
  • Good understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and analytics tools.
  • Willingness to travel outside Karachi for company activities.
  • Creative, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
